Good Morning Dosto:: A Poem for Parents ~
If I had my child to raise all over again,
I'd finger-paint more and point the finger less.
I'd do less correcting and more connecting.
I'd take my eyes off my watch, and watch with my eyes.
I would care to know less and know to care more.
I'd take more hikes and fly more kites.
I'd stop playing serious, and seriously play.
I'd run through more fields and gaze at more stars.
I'd do more hugging and less tugging.
I would be firm less often, and affirm much more.
I'd build self-esteem first, and the house later.
I'd teach less about the love of power,
And more about the power of love.

Game on the Go

Vacation time --> long drives or long days at home! --->kids bored?

A quick rapid fire word game. Age no bar!
Start with any word that kids can associate with. say a pizza. The next player says a word associated with Pizza, say cheese. Then, milk, then cow, etc etc. Game goes on till a player who takes more than 2 counts to utter the next word loses.

Happy Playing!

Looking for something to keep your curious explorers occupied in summer holidays? Try Scratch - new and cool programming model. Recommended age is 8+ but my 7 year old had lots of fun. So, go with your child's interest levels.

Advocates suggest that individuals who use Scratch at a young age develop a solid foundation of knowledge that can help prepare them for the use of higher level programming languages and math.

" Fail to plan. Plan to fail "

We all understand the importance of planning in our fast paced lives.
Give a head start to your children, equip them with this essential life skill. What best way to subtly convey the idea and importance of planning?

Read our story " Fun at the Carnival".

See how Binku, Tinku put up a great show at the carnival and the new twist in the tale.

Testimonial from parent
Congratulations to your team for launching think-bag. It is a great effort and I really wish the best. Sahasra enjoys the stories and I am glad you all liked the video. :) She gets very excited to say "whee" at the end. That is her favorite part.
Will look forward for more interesting stories especially of Tinku and Binku :)
